Surveillance of Bacterial Meningitis in Europe - 1999/2000

14 Apr 2023 - The results presented in this report are based on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) data from invasive isolates reported to the Central Asian and European surveillance of Antimicrobial Resistance (CAESAR) network and the European Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Network (EARS-Net) in 2022 (data referring to 2021).

22 Mar 2023 - In 2021, 165 confirmed brucellosis cases were reported in the EU/EEA.

17 Mar 2023 - For 2020, Spain reported three cases of Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever and Bulgaria reported one case.
